I'm still using 2.1, with the self-forcing I2V loras that speed up generation, but they totally fuck with the motion of the videos, making everything slow motion. Is there a way to fix that? Or should I just not use them and stick with 30 minute gen times?

With that going, you can use huge models or run high resolution/frames with limited VRAM. There's a max, and time becomes a major factor, but yeah.I just did all three of these today. They're two gens each of 81 frames, first an i2v, then a FLF to get the loop - each round of 81 frames was about 400 seconds. Then I used a custom VACE workflow (that I tried to post on CivitAI yesterday, but it doesn't seem to want to show to the public) to splice them together and another to smooth out the loop as needed, each iteration of which took another 2 or 3 minutes.>>29510999>>29511002>>29511006These were genned at that resolution, saved at 16fps, then I interpolated them to double the fps. I think I lost some quality when compressing in FFMPEG but this was my first real test to see what I could do. Wasn't thrilled that her face and skin changes, so does the penis, and her boobs look like they get a bit smaller. All in all not bad though, I just made a bunch of 5 sec i2v and then used the last frame image to generate the next.

You need a certain amount of VRAM reserved to process the frames, which depends frame count and resolution, and then after that's satisfied you have X amount of VRAM left to cram in the models. You adjust the blockswap until your models will fit. I like to shoot for average 90% VRAM used, because it can all vary depending on loras etc.The tradeoff is time spent on the gens.Also, look for quants: gguf instead of safetensor. You can still blockswap them, but they start out smaller. There's a tradeoff in quality of the output.Good luck! And max out your RAM. It's cheap, relatively, and you'll want it.

>>29515589That's looking good!If you're using comfyui, the vhs video combine node allows you to save at different crf settings. 19 is default, and that's pretty close to lossless. If you make a quick fast workflow that loads the clip and then just saves it again, you can keep your master copy and then change the crf to make it fit the 4mb.I actually save all my working clips at 12 crf, which I think is 99.9% lossless? But then the finished clip will often be 25mb or so, so I just crf it down until it fits here.
