I'm running with a 5090, using a speedup lora, and upscaling my videos by 1.5x after creating them, so my vids take between 3-8 minutes depending on the settings I choose, usually. Sometimes up to 15 minutes for ones with lots of steps and a really large starting size.

I ended up with that many because I genned 250 or so starting images first, then had it apply the prompt to a random image from those starting images. Then I just had that run while I was sleeping and at work, and had about 120 videos after ~16 hours.

NTA. Assuming comfyui, double click should bring up a search dialog. Type Lora or Lora loader etc. Power Lora Loader is a good one because it can hold dozens at once and has a toggle for each, though I think that's 3rd party. Pipe it after model/clip - just do whatever the t2v workflow has.

To switch the t2v to i2v, look for the node Empty Latent, I think. Double click, search load image, pipe it in place of the empty latent, should go to VAE encode probably. I think. I don't use t2v, and I'm away from the desk.

Just a heads up the inflate lora can be a bit tempermental sometimes. If using alone model .5-.7 and clip .3-.5 is usually plenty. If using with other loras you will need to experiment (some loras are stronger than others).

If you're talking about Windows:
Yeah, it's not great, though. Pytorch rocm wheels from ROCm/the rock are buggy as hell for wan. VRAM and RAM always go to hell after a few runs and performance, forcing you to restart. Patientx's Zluda comfyui avoids those issues, but is significantly slower. It's really quite a bother, and I'd always recommend an Nvidia card over dealing with this stuff.

To gauge performance on a 7900XTX with a 480x720 93 frame video using Q8 WAN 2.2 with lightning loras and 6 steps total:
Rocm: ~4 Minutes
Zluda: ~7 Minutes

Can someone give me some pointers? Things like 'dances gracefully' turns into spastic movement, and if I got 'takes off top', even that rarely happens. Hell 'walks towards the camera' doesnt work 80% of the time!

Also I have found even if you are not "inflating" anything it is great at assisting in:

- Cumshots. Sometimes the default cumshots are either not enough or just dont look right. Adding inflate usually increases the amount and how it reacts (actually runs off someone instead of just sticking there like paint)

- Speed/motion of videos. Often times you will generate 81 frames to get like 1 inch of motion in slow mo. The inflate Lora usually speeds things up a bit and puts a little more motion in the video

- Prompt adherence. When I add the inflate lora the motions and prompts seem to respond better

When adding the lora to stuff that doesnt need to inflate will usually put it around .5-.7 and works like a charm 90% of the time or if a gen isnt doing what I want I will throw it in there and poof, just like magic all better.

Depends on your video card. I can gen 720 using the 480 model but i can get away with it since I'm running a 5090 with 32g vram. Think you will get an out of memory if the model wont fit on your card/ram. They say it is better to stick with the resolutions the model is made for but I have not seen a difference. Also some Loras are strictly for 720 so using them on a 480 model will result in a black screen.

Ive never gotten an out of memory so cant help you there. You may need to do some research on reddit/google/youtube to figure out how gen with high end models on a low end card. Its doable but you may need to enable a bunch of tweaks to your comfy setup (blockswap/sage/triton, etc).
