So it is down to the settings. If the settings are the same as what others are using including say the amount of steps used then maybe it is some issue with either the install or even your hardware. You can also use examples in civitui and they will even have the seed number used, so in theory you should get exactly what the example was there. Also what are you using Wan through - comfy or Pinokio? If you want the easier way then go with Pinokio, it really just installs everything (apart from Loras - but some basic can even be installed inside the settings once installed). Comfy is more of a nightmare to get started, I use Pinokio and you can't really go wrong with it, comfy is the better option if you want to do more advanced and creative things and of course is more nerdy.
