Although I have low vram compared to like a 5090 or people renting enterprise GPUs. There are workflows out there for longer generation, but it also has to do with how all of the open source models were trained, most weren't trained on long form content so they don't do so well with single long generations.

You can get longer videos like this one through various tricks that basically boil down to feeding the last frame back into the generator to make a new clip and stitching them together, but that will slowly degrade the quality.

There is also a few video editor programs that AI-enhance to smooth the transition frames. I'm not doing this shit professionally so I just grab last frame from MPC Classic and use that. Its crap workflow and quality but easy. Depending on how much motion and the loras/CFG i can get 3-4 extension gens before the quality gets too bad. There are a few discussions about it and the general rule is about 3 extension gen vids is the limit using this method.
