The eyes are the only thing I see that look off - i2v is going to have a hard time with a base image that has closed eyes. An otherwise good image can be run through a face detailer workflow to open those up.

It depends on what you want, but even at a base level of just joining clips together you can make a video of some length. Also to keep in mind movies etc are made up of scenes which have to edited, the key is to maybe get the clips in such an order to each other that they compliment each other. Also you can add effects and slow down clips and cut and paste part clips for effect. Probably the best way is to look up techniques on how to make short movies/videos on Jewtube etc.
