These aren't the only clips that I'm encoding, and unless I want to sift through them all manually to divide them into 2 render batches for vertical and horizonal then this will always be an issue. If the orientation data was able to be gathered on a per video basis then it would be fine, but it can't because that is hardcoded into the preset file. The amount of scripting it would take to build an automated solution to this isn't worth the effort.
