It's just a time sink. At that much resolution you'll fill the 16gb with compute and the whole model will offload. Based on my experience you're looking at 20mins a gen with everything fully tuned. More RAM would be best - you'll probably get it genned but OOM once it gets converted out of latent space to video combine - but a swap file and some batch nodes can help with that.

If all of that sounds workable, once you're set up I advise setting up a stack of gens and then hitting go right before bed. It's tempting to want to gen lower for the time, but the result won't satisfy.
