If you want the best video quality possible then you have to chop the videos up into a bunch of small videos that are only a few seconds in length. If you want to pull off the Maximum allowed resolution of 2048x2048 then keeping the videos extremely short is the only way to manage that and keep it under the 4MB limit.Alternatively, if you don't mind sacrificing the quality, you can drop the resolution down to a lower resolution like 1080p or even 720p. Or 540p even. This would allow you to do longer videos at that quality and still keep it under 4MB.There's no perfect solution though, frankly. Its either a lot of very short high resolution videos, or you're going to have to reduce the resolution.But I would also add that a lot of these videos are just filler material anyway. If you don't mind putting in the effort, you can just chop them down to only just the best parts and that way you get the maximum bang for your 4MB buck. If you know what I mean. Handbrake isn't the proper tool to do that though. I recommend Shotcut.
