If you do image to video you don't need a celeb lora. Just use a decent quality image with the celeb's face clearly visible. There was a guy in the last couple threads who made some celeb loras for text to video, idk if he'll pop in again. Not sure if there's a repository for those somewhere like there is for the the image gens done in /r/. I'm not informed enough to tell you which is better between image to video and text to video, but I believe most video gens in these threads are image to video.

This Greta Gens loke really bad and 100% unreal. Destroys the Fantasy for me.

Yeah i was in the thread yesterday and got some of the loras he posted including his workflow, i was still trying to optimize my workflow then so i didnt bother to download more of them. I used to do some stuff before civitai nuked the celeb and fetish stuff but lost interest in it. I got curious again after he posted his workflow and went back into trying some stuff. I was amazed how good t2v worked for the things i tested so i wanted to get a bit deeper into it

if you have enough VRAM the ComfyUI workflow he provided works pretty well, i use a 7900XTX but for usable resolutions the generation time is pretty long... i am currently trying to optimize it a bit to get usable results in reasoable time out of it

for context that workflow runs on my 4090 24GB in under 5 minutes

with the default resolution that was set in your example workflow (480 x 688) it took me around 75min for the first run (RX 7900XTX 24GB), after tuning and changing some things, currently experimenting with resolutions, i got the workflow to run in <2min but ony with 304 x 352, AMD is doing weird things with vram managment so with higher resolutions comfyui crashes when trying to free memory between the HN and LN pass.

And thanks again for sharing! When i get usable results in higher resolutions i will post them here.

Most of these are really low effort and shitty. The main appeal of these is supposed to be that they so greatly resemble the character or actress that they seem real, otherwise you might as well just be looking at normal porn or some badly made photoshops from the old days. It's the same disease that has infected r34 content, where everything is an off-model troon, it's a total loss of contact with the audience and appeal.
