Does anyone know why face swapping with h3 only works like 20% of the time? And sometimes it refuses to do the face swap on video X with person Y, but will do it with Person Z. And then On video A it will not do it with person Z, but will do it with person Y. And I'm not trying just once, I tried 5 times with the same person/video combo and it just spit out the original video 100% of the time whereas when I just change the face, it will actually do it.

It depends on the settings but i got it down to roughly this times:
0.7MP, 5s, 4 steps with ComfyUI-MiniMax-H3-Turbo LORA using Comfy Kitchen Attention and startup flags --disable-smart-memory && --enable-dynamic-vram = roughly 160s - 220s or ~30s/it

This quick test gen took 214s with 6 steps.

i tested my optimizations with 0.2MP; 5s; 4 Steps with ComfyUI-MiniMax-H3-Turbo LORA and got down to ~60s on the first and ~45s on the second run, with iteration speeds <10s from initial 60-70s per iteration. My initial gen time for 0.7MP; 5s like in my post above was 51min before optimization so seems similar to yours.

Setup is a 7900XTX + 64GB RAM, CPU does not seem to matter as utillization is low

currently using fl2va model for t2v & i2v have not dialed in ref2va yet, although gen times seem similar but i am not pleased with the results yet.

TL:DR: biggest gains in my case through using Comfy Kitchen Attention backend and startup flags --disable-smart-memory && --enable-dynamic-vram. gen tIme 160s - 220s for 0.7MP 5s
