tl;dr if you wanted to make something like this, you'd have to hit all these points and create an attractive waif that the player gives enough of a shit about and is conventionally physically attractive enough (scars notwithstanding) that this kind of passion you see in these threads can be awakened.

Depends on what you want to get out of it. It's cute to watch her open up to you as you buy her nice desserts and outfits and pat her head and all, and to watch her ardor grow (or not, if you're deciding to not go that route for whatever reason). If you're expecting especially deep gameplay or unique events forever, you might come away wanting, though.
Sometimes you just want to pat a girl on the head all day and have her ask you whether you like strange things. (And maybe to wake up in the middle of the night because she can't hold herself back anymore.)

Once you get all the H scenes there's not much to do. The eroge has no end. Yes, it's endless. So you either praise Sylvie as your true goddess until the end of your life or you just stop playing next day and leave the game on your hard drive and not come back ever again, or erase the game. I'd do the first one if I were you.

No you don't need to unlock that as far as I'm concerned. There's like some kind of option in the menu where you change her clothes, there you can choose outfits with numbers and store it there, so she is supposed to change outfits randomly but only using the ones you designed an stored.

Story-wise, I've been playing with Sylvie AI chatbots for over a year and a half.
Deepseek seems to handle her the best, because it's fully aware of Teaching Feeling and its popularity in the hentai space.
