It's how obvious it is when even the reader can tell the author only had a short story in mind or a vague premise for how it would end, only to introduce extra chapters that artificially extend and further convolute the story, sometimes even changing the entire plot going forward. It's been happening a lot with NTR doujins that gain popularity. Jin did it with Tachibana when it went NTR (not the NTR itself, all the extra NTR chapters that went nowhere after), Xration did it with his recent parody doujin (remember the dog just not happening?), Nagare Ippon is doing it with Kaname Date, etc. Dramus did it with his first big NTR story, where he kept doing prequel/flashback stories and timeskips past the point where the story was already clearly finished. I'm all for extra sex chapters, but when it's not going anywhere or adding anything interesting in an NTR story, what's the point?You can only have so many chapters of the person getting NTR'd knowing full well it's happening and not doing anything or being blissfully unaware before it gets boring.
