Different Kind Of Thread Question:
In Taimanin Asagi 3, Sakura openly flirts with Kousuke and seems to be actively down for fucking him if given the chance. Additionally, Their relationship was hinted to as far back as Taimanin Asagi 1.
So Question: Do you think it was a bit of a missed opportunity for TA3 to focus on Asagi + Kousuke instead of pushing what was previously alluded to in Sakura + Kousuke? Or do you think TA3 made the right call in shifting the relationship of all 3 involved to set up a more step-mother/older sister angle with Asagi and Kousuke?

Mine: Personally, I see both paths having merit, which is why I look for the Thread for more perspectives. I see how being taken care of by this insanely hot woman could develop intense sexual feelings in a boy of Kousuke's age, and how you could make a whole story out of that. But I can't deny there's a part of me that thinks Sakura could've had a pretty interesting relationship if the story played out that way as well. So, how are Sakura's and Yukikaze's scenes? Good, bad, okay?
Scenes work fine on my pc, but i personally wait for the next batch to read them all in one sitting.
On the sidenote, Sakura's scene setup(from summary and from what I've seen from glancing at it), to me, really screams:

I don't know about Sakura or Asagi really being interested in him, before he got the raping powers. From my perspective, it was just playful teasing at best, until Asagi started to get involved with him. It would have been too complex for its own good. TA3 was already a massive game for an eroge, and Sakura/Murasaki have a defined role there. Kousuke/Asagi work extremely well as the vanilla fakeout (giving us vanilla scenes that were very out of character for the Lilith of the time) considering that Asagi is the centerpoint.
I still believe the setup and payoff there is golden, Fürst's words when he reveals the entire setup to Kousuke are excellent: "For a moment, you believed you were the protagonist.". Considering that the gachaverse went on unironical shonen school harem stories with Fuuma, it's an incredibly ironic story point.

I still would've said that Asagi is more interesting, since she has connections with the older brother and more personally involved with Kousuke that way.
If we just take a vacuum, where both can be interchangeable, then it is a matter of which personality do you like more: Asagi's or Sakura's. Okay, so the scenes, by viewer order:
Serino - surprisingly good, didn't expect much from her, desu. Bit femdomy, somewhat vanilla, but there is honestly nothing bad i can say about it. Even the writing is not retarded, wow.

Azusano - and the very next scene is the opposite, being completely retarded right away. Even CGs are meh at best. What a shame.

Jun - this one is great too. Classic Taimanin stuff, which i like. Nice interactions between her and captors, satisfying ending, CGs are not bat either. Good stuff.

Futora - this one is somewhere between Azusano and other two above mentioned. I really like the CGs and idea of this scene, but writing is nowhere near to make it good, sadly. I also feel like Futora's design can be a bit better, if both her eyes been bright green, instead of the chuuni stuff.

Yukikaze - holy sweet vanilla. In fact, it's so sweet that it can cause diabetes, in my opinion. Definitely for the fans of that specific thing (Fuuma x Yukikaze). The scene itself is good in pretty much all aspects, but i don't think i am the target audience for it. The change of artist worked better for Yuki, than Rinko, that's for sure.

Sakura - first part very good, second is boring. Sakura's Stray Cat design is top tier for me and her VA is still one of the best in this franchise. Her howls saved the second part somewhat, but it definitely could be much, much better. And the guy is as boring as it can be. People who say it doesn't matter who fucks the girls are wrong, it is at least 30% of the success for scenes.
Still in top 3 of this overall batch, but could be better.

If there's two thing that I miss, is Asagi's PoV as a heroine (people nowadays seems to be incredibly angry at PoV female protagonists) and the fact that she endured relentlessly for entire VNs. In TA2 she keeps up and even makes fun of Oboro when she tries to strangle her ("I'm getting off that, you know") and even TA3 lets you choose a win again Power Lady. When she psychologically collapses during the tentacle monster scene in TA2 it feels extreme, after endless resistance she's going nuts (and speaking to her inner demon when she's uncoscious doesn't help). The gachaverse requirement of fast scenes has reached the point where Sakura (that needed a fucking reanimated monster to take down in TA2) gets tazered and mindbroken by a smartphone app and she's screaming in ten minutes.

Off topic I know, but I'm still surprised we ever got a game like Ochiru Hitozuma. I mean
1. Almost every scene/every scene is animated
2. A long, detailed story with multiple routes, endings, everything
3. A REALLY detailed UI
4. Alot of save slots
5. Good art
And this game came out in 2011, with the animated version coming out some years afterwards.
Truly a masterpiece for the ages that we will never get again probably

I agree with this point, but to be a little fair, when the OVA's came out there were like 7 girls in the entire series. Not a lot to compare to at that point, compared to the literal hundreds of Whos we have now.
