Actually we don't even need a cross over. If I remember correctly Shota had reveals his secret relationship to Joe. All MM sensei has to do is make a comic on Saeki and her sexual adventures with Shota + Joe + more guys. Like a gangbang. When it comes to wakako we already got a glimpse of the gangbang in the last page. An elaborate comic on that would be nice.
