There is only one thing I want from hentai games, and that is a sandbox RPG with full loot where all entities are built from the ground up to work on the same rules. Think adventure mode dwarf fortress. You can skin a bear for leather? You can skin a human. You can mount a horse? You can mount a big wolf. You can steal from people? You can place poisoned apples in people's inventory. I want everything to be able to age up. And of course the hentai part: you should be able to fuck and breed. It should have combat, but it shouldn't be the focus, the focus should be the sand box. Is that really so much to ask??

It also virtually forces you to focus on base building, you can try and adventure but it doesn't work well. And all biological parameters of the NPCs are irrelevant. Old people hatch eggs that birth old people sprites and the old people can be 10 years old and 9ft tall according to the stats, it's stupid. Crafting progression sucks if you're not planning on just base building all day. Also no proper lewd gameplay.
