I want to run a model locally (no spending $), feed it an image, describe the image somehow, and have it "redraw" the image according to an art style, specific artist's style or some other parameters I give it, sometimes anime sometimes realism. I'm not really interested in generating a picture from nothing. Which model and local UI would be best to start with? Comfy seems alright but I'm lost on a model and any techniques, methods, keywords etc I should read up on.

Much faster than upscaling the whole thing, if you only need to fix a few items.
