Animated refers to the format of the uploaded media. All gifs and video formats are animated files. Sort by 2D or 3D if this is an issue.

Do you guys know whether Gelbooru changes the order of images every time you search a tag? I was going page by page downloading any art I liked, the browser crashed and I went to the page I was in (like 190-195), but now the order seems to be completely different.
