That's pretty much most of the Group Yotogi selections.
A lot of the NTR events are also like that. Although a good chunk of them also omit (You) entirely from the group sessions since you know, NTR.

There are definitely a couple of NTR events that have more than one maid in them though. The idol route what-if bad end NTR one for example. Fairly certain there's a couple more one off ones. Generally speaking, it's just the ones with the Meidos grouped together. i.e. the main trio who get the lions share of events.

If you're willing to go outside the realm of official stuff, it's also probably worth checking out the Wild Party mod. A mod that adds a bunch of original scenarios, most of which are orgy/gangbang ones. Mind you, I think there's no voice lines aside from generic/reused Yotogi lines.

- Not all personalities have the same spread of Yotogi options. There are some Yotogi exclusive to certain personalities and some Yotogi DLC/Updates that are only available for certain personalities. The safest bet of having the most Yotogi options available to them are of course, the main trio.
- The actual distinguishable mating press animation may only appear at red excitement thresholds
- Certain Yotogi will only appear once the maid has achieved the stat requirements for it. If a Yotogi you're looking for isn't appearing, then the maid probably doesn't have the stats for it yet.

Because the games are connected.

You can only just install COM3D2 just fine. But if you connect CM3D2 to COM3D2, you have the option to change the narrative to make it seem that the player character of CM3D2 and COM3D2 are the same person. This changes the story from you being a random chucklefuck that suddenly gets burdened with a cabaret club out of nowhere, to you being an experienced manager asked to salvage your uncle's dying club.

Connecting CM3D2 to COM3D2 also connects your CM3D2 maid's storylines to COM3D2. They get a storyline where they're sad that you left your CM3D2 club to manage the COM3D2 club and they felt left behind. That's why they transferred to the COM3D2 club to continue being with you. You also get story arcs of your CM3D2 maids trying to adapt to the new club and sometimes even clashing with their new COM3D2 kouhai maids. Not to mention how connecting CM3D2 to COM3D2 make you still be able to access CM3D2 hairstyles and outfits for everyone. Linking CM3D2 to COM3D2 is effectively a massive character creation pack for COM3D2.

Connecting the two games gives you the option to "go back" and manage the old club for a day. Allowing you to still access CM3D2 unique events for your ported CM3D2 maids while still being in COM3D2 (and all the graphical and modded improvements it entails).

The original intended scenario for GP-03 was that (You) finally have a son with one of the maids and he'll be the focus character. But it was scrapped.

Use something like SKB face then. It has the option to raise the face by default and shapekeys to pull the chin/adjust the mouth.

Top left is the basic SKB face with no adjustments. Then going in order, individual adjustments at max value:
- Shortened Chin
- Elongated Chin
- Mouth Raised
- Entire face raised
- Entire face stretched out vertically

Those are the parameters I think are related to what you want and you can use all of them in combination and in lesser values to get the face you want. There are also other options to fine tune like, roundness/sharpness of the chin itself, contour of the jaw line, puffiness of the cheek etc if you really wanna go the extra mile.

Though if you wanna create a long face, then I imagine you might be wanting to create an ikemen/princely woman or an outright literal man. In which case, pretty sure there are also face mods out there that caters to that specifically.

See my issue with that, and adding a new protag to an existing game, is how much dancing around the plot has to do is to avoid NTR. I'm playing VenusBlood Ragnarok right now and it's very noticable how the plot has to dance around both the new protag cucking the previous protag and the old protag cucking the new one.
Now I don't mind NTR myself, but it's clear that it matters for a lot of COM3D2 fans given the NTR block option so they're going be really hamstrung in letting the "son" fuck the father's maids or the father fucking the son's maids.

That's such a non-issue in COM3D2 of all things where the plot goes in all nine directions of turbo vanilla and hyper NTR all at once. If it's not a strictly vanilla or NTR scenario update, KISS usually offers both options for the story to divulge in a vanilla way or an NTR way.

Hell, the player master himself is a schizo that's simultaneously both a gigachad playboy ruthless underworld red light kingpin that sets his Yakuza goons to kill asshats that's cocky enough to believe he can steal his women. And a turbocuck that only cryfaps and won't even raise a finger if even a literal poorfag steals his woman.

Incidentally, the Shukujo and Kisaku personalities were the intended "main" maids for your son in the initial GP-03 proposal. They eventually got relegated to being standard personalities, but there you can still see some leftover elements like Shukujo and Kisaku having a couple of yotogi together and an established rivalry with each other. Evidently, since they were originally made to be a set for the son.

Question, in the parts edit plugin I have never gotten the import function to work for all these years but never really cared because I seldom needed to hang on to a setting.

However now I am looking at a setup where I absolutely would like to keep a setting as it would be a colossal pain to redo over and over and I still can't get the import to work. It's for a back piece (accsenaka) and I can see the preset in the parts edit folder when I export it but when I go to import it I don't see it or any of the other presets I have ever attempted to export. I set the setting the accsenaka in specific and it still never loads.

Is this just a known issue where it is perma broken due to being old and unsupported or is it because I use this in edit mode (and can't change that as I use meidophotostudio for everything).

How the fuck do I fix this shit? I've played this save on com for years with my cm maids ported over with no issues at all but I moved the game between drives and now it refuses to load my save.

i use Custom Maid Ultimate - 2024 Edition (CM3D2 + COM3D2 + all DLC up to 2024/10/25 from OP and I'm very new to this

If you also installed CMI, then modslider should also be already included plugins.
Press F5 during maid edit mode and it's gonna open a new set of menus that allows further tweaking of the maid body.

CMI also installs the Shapekeymaster plugin and that allows tweaking of the available shapekeys for that maid. Note that this is specifically mod dependent and shapekeys are really only typically found in mods. Inserting shapekeys yourself is a tad bit more technical, but most of the big modders/commonly used mods already put shapekeys in their stuff so you needn't bother with that. After that, it's just a matter of picking a mod body that you like and tweaking the shapekeys it comes with via shapekeymaster.

Is this easy to use? I just want to make scenarios and goon to them.

Yes, but also no. If you just want to play COM3D2 as is, then just COM3D2 by itself is fine. But the thing about the two games is that CM3D2/COM3D2 can be connected. And connecting the two games makes it so that COM3D2 becomes the sequel/continuation to CM3D2 and this allows a couple of neat stuff.

That means:
- All clothing and edit options from CM3D2 gets carried over to COM3D2
- Storyline changes a bit from (you) being a random dumbfuck relative getting burdened by your uncle's debt to (you) being already a tenured business owner having to clean up your uncle's mess
- Your maids from the CM3D2 Club can get transferred to the COM3D2 club with all their stats and experiences carried over, and narratively, the game treats them as your personal veteran maids. They even get a couple of events/scenarios where they adjust to the new club and interact with the COM3D2 maids. They also have a couple of jealousy events on how you initially left the old club just to fuck some new maids at a new club.
- A connected CM3D2-COM3D2 game means that you can "go back" to the CM3D2 club for a day and play through most of the CM3D2 gameplay loop and scenarios through the COM3D2 client. This means that you can still play through CM3D2 stuff with the neat coat of polish that COM3D2 provides (of course, only transferred CM3D2 maids can avail of this feature).
The CM3D2 personalities can also be added standalone as a COM3D2 specific personality pack, but they'll act like completely new maids and won't get the extra content that being a transferred maid does.

tl;dr
- COM3D2 by itself is perfectly functional, but you'll miss out on a bulk of content involving 7 maid personalities. You'll miss quite a few clothing options too.
- If you want the really complete KISS meido experience, a connected CM3D2-COM3D2 game is recommended.
