The only difference is the first son was more pissed than horny. He found out well after the fact and proceeds to beat the dogshit out of the bull and reclaim his mother like a chad, whereas this one knows from essentially the start and, if there is a sequel, will use a mix of blackmail and/or take her without her knowing and revealing it during.

Overall, I'd certainly like it more if the son got with his mom and the bull withdrew coolly, having had his fun and also hooked his friend up. But it's not my favorite premise, no.
