Nebel Geisterjäger is the undisputed kamige of the genre and nothing comes close to Kana as the ultimate NTRSQueen.

Nebel is divided into a work and afternoon phase.
During the work phase the player's performance determines how aroused and what opportunities the bull gets to molest Kana. Monitoring Kana's heartbeat while separated is a subtle and genius way of creating tension. The player can call her and potentially interrupt the act, but Kana's often ambiguous answers create the perfect kind of uncertainty. Later on it becomes possible to use spy cameras of different qualities to spy on them in a satisfying voyeuristic fashion.
During the afternoon phase a large town becomes accessible with tons of activities, where Kana has her own varying schedule influenced by random and semi-random elements. Moving around the town takes time and the player has stuff to do too, so the only way to monitor Kana is by calling her on the phone. The phone is not always reliable and the player must be intricately familiar with her schedule to properly interpret the clues she and the bystanders give.
The bull has blackmail on Kana and there is a chance he will be trying to seduce her depending on his arousal level and own schedule. If you fail to show up in time to prevent the event she will get molested.

During the act there are both visual and audio cues when someone is having sex at a place. The player can even peep at times, but never clearly enough to tell the identity of the girl, never completely breaking the suspension of disbelief that it could be someone else. After the act there could be stains and condoms left over at the place indicating what happened. When you find Kana afterwards and ask about it, she will be flustered and tries to evade the question. Sometimes she will be unavailable for the rest of the night and you might not even be able to meet up with her before work and see her flustered expression over disappearing for the night. Running around frantically only to find out she has been being fucked for hours with no way of reaching her until tomorrow is incredibly hot and the best part of the gameplay experience.

Lawrence (the antagonist) is quite great with his own personality and responsibilities as your boss. Most importantly, he is not an ugly bastard but a good looking playboy, whom you can believe girls could fall for and expect to be good in the bed. He is plenty mean the way girls find such a trait attractive, but also knows how to treat a girl well if he wants to. Kana's evolving relationship with Lawrence is just as important as with the player.

Kana is loveable and there are several events of doing normal couples stuff allowing deeper bonding, but as she gets corrupted her thoughts warp and she starts rethinking her relationship with you. She even catches on that you're not protecting her and even enjoy seeing her being taken by someone else, while she is trying her best to endure it and keep on a facade.
She is her own personality, with her own schedule and thoughts that can gradually change depending on the player's actions, to a degree which is unparalleled in these kind of games. Her art is very good and wears several cute outfits in the game as well.

The world feels alive and responsive, with bystanders commenting about Kana's whereabouts and clues on what's going on. You can even call Kana to go on a date and she will answer depending on her schedule and plans for the day.
There is an ever present time and performance pressure, as it's not obvious from the start how to best do the work on the different maps, or what's Kana doing during the afternoon. Keeping the player consistently on its toes is very difficult, but this game manages to masterfully pull it off. The player is expected to make mistakes and Nebel seamlessly incorporates this as part of its emergent gameplay experience.
Nebel's deep and intricate plot is best left unexplored and for the players to experience firsthand. It's very well-thought out, consistent and has an absolutely amazing or haunting (depending on how you view it) bad end tied to it.

Nebel perfectly blends the best elements of both netorare and netorase, with a particular voyeuristic flair. You're not actively whoring your girl out, she has her own will and distinct personality to act upon. The most you can do is prevent being cucked by paying attention to her and putting in the effort of finding her in time. There are different endings depending on how corrupted Kana got and in parallel, how depraved the player was willing to go, with variations regarding pregnancy status and identity of the father.
Nebel Geisterjäger simply perfected the gameplay loop and mechanics for NTRS games. There is yet to be seen if any other game can even come close, let alone emulate or surpass Nebel.

BBQ's Fallen Priestess is a weak and underwhelming product following the group's previous work, the kamige that was Nebel Geisterjäger.

Fallen Priestess is far underbaked and has a notable identity crisis paired with a lack of clear direction, making the overall experience quite a mishmash. It has a time system, which doesn't really matter since there are only like 4 periods and time doesn't pass on its own in the background. It has a large town populated by some fun NPCs, but there isn't really much to engage with and activities to do. It's an NTR game where virginity status has an oversized influence. It has a gameplay, which gets completely sidelined in the Prince route' mansion minigame. The heroine has two different appearances, which combined with the previous point fractures content into three different sets. And so on...

The plot is bog standard and linear, nothing like the intricate and well-written story of Nebel with its emphasis on proactive exploration & discovery. The plot had some nice elements where you truly felt like a team with your sister. She periodically contributed in notable ways, even if often these came at a price.
The real meat of the normal NTR content comes after the sister's transformation, which does slightly bump up the quality and enjoyment, while simultaneously giving a sense of emptiness, because nothing really matters anymore due to the game's design choices. However, reaching this point felt gated and strongly discouraged, since most players are unlikely to experience it in their first or even second playthroughs. I do love the ending it is railroaded into; Ending C was amazing at hitting all the spots of the fetish for me. Plotwise it was also a good attempt at tying up the otherwise poorly executed themes.

The combat combined with the crafting variety is engaging enough, but the regular maps lack the cerebral aspect of Nebel. The puzzles beyond the sealed gates however were designed by the devil himself to an uncanny degree. Experiencing these puzzles filled me with admiration toward the asshole who put in all the effort coming up with and creating them, but I never want to redo them again. Perplexingly, these puzzles can be sidestepped with relative ease and appears to be made to torment those who are going for a 100% pure kissing only playthrough.

The sibling relationship doesn't work, nor it's explored to a satisfying degree. Sibling love might be a specific niche BBQ lacked familiarity with, but the bigger issue is the lack of romantic bonding that's part of a romantic relationship. The MC is compelled to engage physically with her sister and does so without much reflection, regardless of their feelings. Compare it to Kana in Nebel, where you were explicitly in a romantic relationship, her love for you was enduring and responsible, you could go on dates with her and your relationship grew closer or more distant depending on how much attention you paid to her, even having a sense of fluctuation on a day-to-day basis.

Threenaw having succubus blood actively hampered her character and made her less interesting. Kana in Nebel was compelled by an outside force and was actively defiant for a long time, then resistant and intensely tsun-tsun for a long time, only starting to mildly accept and enjoy sex after prolonged experience and introspection. On the other hand Threenaw is actively seeking out encounters on her own, offers only nominal resistance and acts like a turboslut just from being touched. There is no gradient, no character depth or growth. Her love appears very shallow, because it's so intermingled both with her natural attachment as a sibling and her newly awakened lust clouding her judgement. Her transformation also lacks any impact because of this. Furthermore pre-transformation canned voicelines kept being reused, even though they should no longer fit her "new" personality.
The demon succubus aspect also held the possibility of some spicy futa content with her giving mana or aggressively draining mana from females, but it never came to be. A huge missed opportunity. Maybe content for a future DLC?

Threenaw's loss of virginity - aside from being underwhelming in every variation - is also one of two sole determinants for the endings. In comparison, Kana in Nebel not only had a varied set of virginity loss events with different appeals (from almost out of nowhere getting caught off-guard to an impactful nearly day spanning event), but was allowed to experience a fair amount of penetrative sex before it started having negative effects, since the endings depended on the kind of plot solution the player settled into.

The game's H system is really bad. Corruption is supposed to be gradual and incremental, but in reality it's heavily gated, often outright ignored and doesn't seem to serve a purpose other than to act as a trigger.
The sister's nightly affairs always happen while you're sleeping. In the rare cases when "technically" you're both simultaneously active, she is non-interactable and closed off in a way you can't even see her model. Basically, all her affairs happen behind your back with zero involvement, interaction or acknowledgment from the player's side. You only see what happened after picking up a sparkling trash near the event and crafting a memory item, which requires a supposedly rare and expensive resource your sister can synthesize at a cost of a large mana burden (but it's easy to buy so it comes short as an actual game mechanic).
Compare this to the engaging and addictive H system Nebel had:

Most of the time it feels like you're unabashedly prostituting out your sister, often to literal scum from the slums. There is no specific well-developed "bull", Threenaw simply becomes the town bicycle engaging with basically anyone with a pulse. You have control over your sister's excitement, but without a clear antagonist possessing an independent lust level to be mindful of and protect her from, it's a shallow experience.
Compare it to Nebel where Lawrence was a good-looking, suave and calculating playboy antagonist influenced by his own libido and frustration with the job. If not for him, his assertiveness, sweet-talking, persistence, skill in the bed, willingness to treat Kana as a woman and drag her onto "dates", she wouldn't have realized her femininity and warmed up to the idea of casual sex with him or others she fancied. It was a prolonged gradual pursuit that took effort and felt natural,
where Kana's evolving relationship with Lawrence was just as impactful as with the player.
Threenaw would fuck an ugly homeless bastard without much thought from the get-go, while Kana even in her biggest turboslut mode wouldn't engage with someone so far below her.

The mild exception to most of the criticism in the prior two paragraphs is the Prince Route, which is the closest when it comes to Nebel's outstanding H system and general feel. The Prince route soft locks you into his mansion that's like a separate minigame, however it's incredibly basic in comparison to Nebel. On the surface it's a good mix of having to work towards a goal while trying to keep your sister and the prince separate as much as possible, with a resource bottleneck that acts as a time limit. The player could foresee an event, interact with the sister before the event, have some limited ability to prevent the event, interact with a bashful sister or a coy maid during the event and receive a flavor indication from the sister after the event concluded. However, rather than relying on a complex set of random and semi-random variables like in Nebel to keep things fresh with emergent gameplay, the mansion felt more inconsistent despite its simplicity. I'd even say buggy at times, there were definitely bugs (like an unexpected timeskip after using the stairs following an afternoon mail delivery job) and it's hard to decide what was the intended gameplay experience and what was the result of insidious bugs.
The route's writing was nothing spectacular, but the motivations and hidden revelations were at least reminiscent of the stellar writing that made Nebel so memorable. The prince would've been a good overarching antagonist, but the game's identity crisis prevents that and his endings are bad. Regardless, the Prince Route is where the most enjoyment of the game can be had, especially for those who loved Nebel.

Fallen Priestess's only innovations are in niche game elements, such as the Metal Gear like stealth sub-quest, the sidescroller delivery quest, the ambush combat mechanics, the intricate puzzles and the variety of erotic presentations, like CGs, pixel animation and pixelated animation.
Despite its underbaked and divided nature, the amount of CGs and other art included are a lot more than one would expect. The CG quality is only decent. I'm not that into Threenaw's design (her breasts are way too big) like I was with Kana's and it must be said that the male quality is disturbingly inconsistent. There are also way too many CGs with overtly exposed shaved pubic areas for my liking. In Nebel it felt like there were more opportunities to at least imagine a natural bush there due to the angles and clothing, but as someone who feels like throwing up at the sight of a shaved pussy the CGs in this game were particularly distracting.

In conclusion, Fallen Priestess is a largely unremarkable game with few highlights, a step down that only serves to highlight the outstanding qualities of Nebel Geisterjäger and why it's universally considered a masterpiece kamige.

I found out the guy who made that Unknowing RPG made another one with NTS premise called Embrace and gave it a shot. I should've expected it, but it has most of the same problems as that one.

The husband is a smut writer and wants to write a NTS story, so he wants his wife to do it for him so he has first hand experience. He asks his friend who owns a hot springs resort to help him out, and brings her there for a short vacation. Then, weirdly, we find out the friend (who's actually the MC, not the husband) has a magical friend that is able to bend time and make the stay last as long as we want, and lets them go in her mind and read her inhibitions and things. Turns out she's super pervy, but just never acted on anything, and the story is basically unlocking her horniness.

In practice, it's another boring as fuck RPG maker game. You spend 90% of your time trying to figure out how to trigger events, and when they do happen they feel out of order and poorly built up, and even then the scene writing is poor even for NTS. NTS is really just the premise, and then it turns into this NTR / slut awakening story where she's just sleeping with the owner and all his friends at the inn. Meh.

Given what you said, my biggest concern is you may be starting too far back. The biggest mistake NTS stories make is they start at the sex, but I don't think you need to go that far back to fix the problem. And if it's your first story, you want to keep the scope as contained as possible. Preferably one bull, no side characters, minimal environments, no branching. I would start the story on the first inciting incident (when he realizes he has this fetish) or when he first decides to tell her, and flesh out their relationship in media res as the story is developing.
