Any bakers in that wouldn't mind sharing some know-how?I'm trying to make a character LoRA using kohya ss for the first time. I have no idea what went catastrophically wrong but i get pic rel. For some reason though, the Lora at 1.0 strength makes a garbled mess and at 0.5 it doesn't even resemble the character slightly. In SDXL it became standard practice to package them all together into a single file, but it's not common elsewhere so you have to get them separately.Mainly it just saves disk space. I really feel like AI-generated porn is hindered by laziness. Legit all you have to do is just pick the best 50 out of the 300+ illustrations generated, retouch it, then order it properly. Maybe put some dialogue in there and you're all set. Does anyone have the same thought? I mean I would do it if I had the setup but my laptop can only do so much

Odd. Anima does not seem to "know" some characters until you spell out how they actually look like, then it magically remembers who they are supposed to be.Example: naming maria renard does nothing. Spelling out that she has a red ribbon and blonde hair makes Anima actually render her correctly. So confusing.

One of the biggest issues with other models is that I couldn't properly direct eye direction. Anima seems to have less of an issue if you specify the who doing what to whom. Simply using eye-contact is not enough.
