Does anyone know of any books or other works that focus on the strategic military aspects of the 1948 Palestine War/Arab-Israeli War, but aren't biased in favor of the Zionists?Pic related is a good example of an unbiased, military strategy focused book on the 1936-39 Plasetinian Revolt, but all the books I've found on the 1948 War seem to adopt pro-Zionist stances. Things like peddling the disproven myths about the Zionist project not intending to be either colonialist or violent, about Zionists being the sole representatives of the Jewish people (often using "Zionists" and "Jews" interchangeably or referring to Israel as the "Jewish State"); shit like that. They also often overrely on Israeli sources while ignoring Palestinian and Arab sources.
"War in Palestine, 1948: Strategy and Diplomacy" by David Tal is pretty good. It's also really focused on military strategy.
