In court he was shouting over people, tugging on people's coats for attention, banging his cane to make loud noises and disrupt people, even hitting people, It was like having a spoiled 6 year old ruling the country. His level of childishness and entitlement FAR surpassed the norm even for kings of that time. Charles' fate was 100% his own fault.
