Creating an alliance with France would be the first agenda. I would push for military aid within France, like Haller's Blue Army. Poland would get recognition quickly after the Paris Peace Conference. Additionally, I would fight for control of Galicia and Poznań, secure a friendly buffer with Ukraine, and offer cultural autonomy to minorities like Belarusians.

He was constantly battling with the Endecja faction over foreign policy and Endecja dominated the negotiations at Riga because Piłsudski was still committed to the idea of a democratic Polish state. I would just ban every party the second the military swore allegiance to me and avoid the issue entirely. It's not as if Poland's actions were unjustified anyways. Vilnius was literally 2% Lithuanian and Lwów was a Polish majority surrounded by a rural Ukrainian majority, and Ukraine agreed that it should belong to Poland in the Treaty of Warsaw. Poland's neighbors were flat out being unreasonable in this regard outside of the UPR but even Petliura only agreed to Poland's terms under duress from the Bolsheviks. Poland's mistake was not going as far as they could to liberate some semblance of a Ukrainian and Belarusian state.
