Nixon was described as very intelligent by Hunter S Thompson, I believe, and other people. Maybe S or A.FDR was president during one of the most complex wars and got out of the depression. That has to be S or A. He also graduated from Harvard and ran school newspaper.Eisenhower was a very successful general of the army. I would put him at B at minimum or higher.Obama is overrated for intelligence and much of it is masked by his oratory skills.
