Very, but among blacks, for the most part. Incestuous child molestation is a plague in black families to this day. Any social worker in the south or a big northern city could tell you horror stories. It's so common that most black mothers don't bother reporting it cause they themselves were likely molested when they were younger by their fathers, uncles, or older siblings. Among whites it's not that common, traditionally incest has been scrutinized and condemned by white Europeans. It's mainly an Asian thing, especially among Arabs. Wherever Arab influence spread to, you see cousin marriages abound.
