True. I split up the map by modern French departments, so the historical regions don’t match up perfectly, and in that small area there are several smaller overlapping regions that people dispute where they begin and end, so it’s usually lumped in with Poitou or Aquitaine, so I left it blank.

I like Normandy and Franche-Comte. For Normandy they have a rich and interesting history. I stayed in Flers when I visited and the region is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. For Franche-Comte I like it because I like the cheese which has the same name as the region. I don’t know anything about its history.
