How come there were only 2 Arab grand viziers in the Ottoman Empire even though 60% of the Ottoman Empire was Arab?

>>18006452They were always a small number, probably as many Turks as there were Arabs, even with Egypt. Hell the empire had a strong Christian majority until Egypt was conquered which turned it about 40% Christian and 60% Muslim but good luck getting a real number, Turks cant into census.
Bc the center of the ottoman empire was the balkans and anatolia. Soooooo all the "players" were from there. Also, turks are not arabs and actually disliked arabs very oppressive ways of being a Muslim. Even medieval arabs called turks fake Muslims bc they would drink alcohol and sexualize women and boys. Ottomans were bassically a Muslim empire that was eun for and by a mix of europeans and the real "turks".
