If Italy had joined the Central Powers instead of the Entente, would Germany have cucked them out of the land they were promised like Britain and France did?
>>
They didn't have anything to offer Italy besides Tunisia. Corsica, Savoia, Nice were economically worthless. Trieste on the other hand was the most important port in the Mediterranean, and Trentino and Istria were full of ethnic Italians who hated Austria and wanted to be part of Italy.

If giving Italy land meant fucking over France they'd do it in a heartbeat. It really depends on what Austria is willing to cough up as a bribe

How was Tunisia economically worthless? It would have let them control the passage through the middle of the Mediterranean. They could have offered Malta too, as well as their choice out of France and Britains colonial empires.

Probably not.

Triestes importance only came from being the main port of Austria-Hungary, within Italy it was hardly much more useful than Nice.

Trieste is basically the only natural deepwater harbor in the Adriatic.
It has been the main port in the region for more than a century.
It absolutely cannot compare to Nice, which is in every way just a worse Genoa, from an italian perspective

There were far more Italian speakers living in the Austrian lands than in Corsica and Nizza. Also Austria already broke the treaty of the alliance when they took Bosnia whitout compensating Italy.

Everyone in Italy across the political spectrume was much more hostile to AH than France, aside lone weirdos like Evola.
The chance of them joining the war on that side were close to 0. And by all account 0% as long as AH refused to give territorial concessions in exchange for Italy helping the Empires

They already had Bosnia, the "annexation" was just a formality.
>>
Austria-Hungary would have never willingly ceded Trentino to Italy. This territory was integral to the empire’s defense and strategic interests.

I said Tunisia, period. Then began a new sentence.

Without Trentino, Tunisia, and Malta, there was no incentive to go to war on behalf of the Central Powers. That's not something A-H was willing to do. Therefore it made no sense.
