Dont communists believe in global workers revolution? Why didn't they create a single gigacountry? Why did they remain nation states? Don't communists hate nationalism?

Stalin actually wanted China to join the Soviet Union but Mao told him to fuck off.

That was the original goal of Lenin's gang (the world capital would had been Berlin). But Stalin with the idea of socialism in one country had another ideas

I thought Communism was supposed to make a workers Paradise. And a sign that that Communism is working is things like Money Markets and the state fading away. Which Communist region had the most advanced version of Communism where there was no markets money or state?

Marx was an accelerationist - he wanted Capitalism to reach its "natural conclusion" and collapse, which would then lead to the global revolutions and result in a stateless global Communist society. Lenin implemented a mixed economy in the USSR when he was still alive, and Stalin kept it in his early years too. The current-day Chinese Communist party is also technically still faithful to Marx.

He wasn't an accelerationist. Accelerationism wasn't even a thing until the mid-late 20th century. He simply considered Communism the successor to Classical Liberalism

Starting from the Soviet invasion of Manchuria could a full occupation and eventual annexation of China have been possible?

Yes
Those weren't communist states, they were dictatorships of the proletariat. Which are the in-between state that exists to organise the transition between bourgeois states and communism.

Yes

Read Paetel, and i guess Mao and De Ambris too. Even in a world where Communism has been achieved globally, the abolishment you speak of wouldn't work nor be desirable. You would probably see the consolidation of places like Europe into civilization states however.

Marx wasn't an accelerationist but Lenin was. when inflation went throughthe roof, he jokingly compared it to the inflation caused by/accompanying the French revolution and bragging about the ratio favoring the soviet inflation rate "we beat the French revolution 200 to 1".
