All the other rights listed there have similar justifications. Capitalists benefit greatly from this situation, other people only benefit if the capitalists decide on a whim to allow them. They have some kind of duty to the functioning of the real society, and it's absurd that they've gotten to transform the real society into a feeder system for their 'inner society' perched on top.
