Suppose I am an absolute monarch (King) from a small island country. I am also the sovereign constitutional monarch of a neighbouring country. The previous government, which was close to me of that country enacted laws that:1. All laws of that neighbouring nation should be given royal assent by me in order to be enacted and proclaimed. Thus, if I refuse and do not sign anything, no laws are passed, creating an effective veto power system.https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_assenthttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Promulgationhttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Veto2. Another law would be the interpretation of all laws of that neighbouring constitution . All those written laws, including the ones written at the start of the constitution, can only be interpreted by my own Royal Constitutional Court where I rule and sat and is situated in my country. Thus my absolute interpretation of meaning of laws (words, etc...) can override and take precedence over anything including entrenched clauses.https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitutional_courthttps://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/RuleZerohttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entrenched_clause3. Finally another law that was enacted was the fact that all the 2 laws mentioned above and this third and final one are all retroactive since the birth of the neighbouring country and they cannot be repealed/amended or changed whatsoever. A Gag rule law clause is also included which prohibits the discussion of all the 3 laws mentioned, in the parliament of that neighbouring country.https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ex_post_facto_lawhttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Repealhttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitutional_amendmenthttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gag_ruleBut now a new government was elected and the parliament want to change those laws. So what will be the consequences of all that has been mentioned above. How will be the political cohabitation and will this create a constitutional crisis?
