From Historical perspective how is USA different from USSR of 1970s?

>economy centrally planned, Fed sets rates

>Govt backstops everything- banks, etc

>Economic cycle is not allowed to happen, massive govt stimulus everytime on recession

>Govt started taking ownership in companies (See Intel)

>Permanent underclass being created, Rich poor wealth division at highest

>Young people checked out of economy, record number of NEETs

>shortages in most things except weapons, weapons are always in supply

>Strongman type Govt in control
