Does God hate me if I was born with autism?
>>
yes
>>
There are few things happier than an autist pursuing their hyperspecific interests. Its a blessing and a curse
>>

I'll be real with you here.

The whole notion of a spectrum needs to be revisited, psychology is constantly revising their opinions.

The problem with most of us, me included, is actually ADD, poor discipline, and poor socialization. And though we can (and should) do all we can to fix these problems. A lot of it is because our parents shit the bed and didn't bother socializing or disciplining us in any notable way.

Yes, I'm autistic, or "on the spectrum", but I live my whole life as a "normal" person. It just takes more effort than most and I have to *force* myself to be sociable in a way that ordinary people don't.

The biggest problem with labeling poor discipline/socialization as autism is people think they cannot improve on these things and just give up.

I believe God created a shitty world because perfection bored him.

I agree. Getting a diagnosis is an issue for many people because they see it as an excuse for bad behavior/performance.

Yeah, and there are also few things happier than a junkie doing some dope, but maybe your life is more than a few blissful instants

I really need some input here anons. I was trying to find entertainment and hone my logic on the internet but got suckered in to a really bad habit. Then I tried forming a new set of patterns but it didnt work out because my neighbors are assholes. I literally would be fine working reading and working out or pursuing some other interest but now they keep me up all night and bother me when I'm working so im back here wasting time. The problem is I can kick 9 out 10 peoples asses, not that I want too but im extremely good at perceiving other peoples emotions. This means when I perceive something I don't like about someone I don't want to interact with them because its just a waste of my time. But that only seems to make it worse. I love working out and practicing martial arts but people think im trying to train to be an assasin or something. They make implications about it and I don't respond because I see through thier act but then they think they're on to something because they're idiots or bad faith people have been lying to them. I just hate disingenuous people really. Someone putting on an act is not worth interacting with. They think they're going to change my innate personality or something but thats not something I can live with. Just like I cant help wanting to learn about things or live by the rules I was told my country is supposed to have. Thinking about moving really. I never even wanted thier attention at all. I just wanted to shitpost online and improve myself.

People like you arent remembered for Jack shit. Some people don't lead completely normal white picket fence lives but still accomplish great things because they had the drive to specialize in a certain area. Modern tech actually may be killing this.

Judges 15

14 And when he came unto Lehi, the Philistines shouted against him: and the Spirit of the Lord came mightily upon him, and the cords that were upon his arms became as flax that was burnt with fire, and his bands loosed from off his hands.

15 And he found a new jawbone of an ass, and put forth his hand, and took it, and slew a thousand men therewith.

16 And Samson said, With the jawbone of an ass, heaps upon heaps, with the jaw of an ass have I slain a thousand men.

17 And it came to pass, when he had made an end of speaking, that he cast away the jawbone out of his hand, and called that place Ramathlehi.

18 And he was sore athirst, and called on the Lord, and said, Thou hast given this great deliverance into the hand of thy servant: and now shall I die for thirst, and fall into the hand of the uncircumcised?

Arrogant men demand miracles as though God is their babysitter, God knows you are so much more than that It is the same with your autism, it grants you special abilities that sets you above the n*rmies. You have but to use them. You will carry out part of God's plan, he will make sure of that. Think about it. 3 years is 1000 days, in any of those days you could spend 8 hours studying, learning something, talking with random people over the internet to improve your speaking voice and social skills and level up your charisma, learning how to run a small business, learning to code, reading about the economy and searching for ways to accumulate funds, as long as you invest them in or donate them to a good cause and do not squander them on petty luxuries you will be accomplishing something, if you are self-sufficient it will free up resources for more needy people. You can do so much good, you can make your mark on the world instead of wasting your life, God willing. How bad are things really? You just have to try.

Nice pic ha ha.
They figured out how to deal with them ages ago lol. What fucking year do you think this is? That's why they released covid. There's always a richer autist.

No, it means you get to experience something no one else will have the opportunity to. It may mean that you miss out on what others experience, but they won't get to do what you do.

Also, why would God punish you before you were born? You hadn't done anything wrong then, it's the world around you that twisted your birth out of the way where God would have had it.

This life will take more effort for you and those around you than some others you may see, but so will it be for (as stereotypical as this example is) poor African kids born to become child soldiers and die in a fight over a coal mine they never got to see any of the profits from.

Don't let the evil of those who misuse their free will here get you down. If you you push on through like >>18045160 recommends, then you'll find it all worth the struggle in the end. It's a long hard road, the only other help I can give is to let you know you're not the only one on it.
>>
>>18045121
No. Autism is a superpower
>>
>>18045373
Well thats something at least though it doesn't seem so simple. There's other autistic (sort of joking) things about me that means some of the physical reality of my bio organism mean I don't interact with people the way way I normally might. That's out of respect for them and humans in general. Luckily or unluckily for them.

19 But God clave an hollow place that was in the jaw, and there came water thereout; and when he had drunk, his spirit came again, and he revived: wherefore he called the name thereof Enhakkore, which is in Lehi unto this day.

God granted Samson 3 miracles, weakening the cord, the "Spirit of the Lord" granting him the strength to slay 1000 men and causing water to pour out of the jawbone. Arrogant men sit and demand miracles, yet God freely grants astonishing miracles to those who are worthy and carrying out his tasks. You may yet see such a miracle, maybe not as overt as Samson's who was faced with a critical task and odds that would seem impossible to a materialist, but little miracles, little nudges in the right direction.

It is difficult to break out of that shell, it is a heavy burden, but God understands and loves you. If you can make that big change to your life in any one of those hours in any one of those 1000s of days, you will first realize it is not that bad. The ways that people hurt you before do not hurt as much. Do not fret that you have not done this before or continue your sinful ways, God will forgive you anyway if you but ask. When people raise their lip at you and view you with disgust and contempt you and try to harm you and stand in your way you will see the real reason for your works, you will see the evil in the world and your purpose putting yourself out there to challenge it. Do not lament yourself for the injuries they dispense on you, lament their souls and how they ended up like this and realize how important it is for their sake that you continue on.

Proverbs 17

5 Whoso mocketh the poor reproacheth his Maker: and he that is glad at calamities shall not be unpunished.

They are not autists. Autists live like monks even if they are millionaires due to bitcoin, they are satisfied with their little hobbies that cost very little, except perhaps the excessive amount of time they spend on them, which is something to work on admittedly. Autists, lovers of rules, are quick to adopt and practice moral rules, they realize everyone else is a conscious being like themselves and can easily take an interest in the happiness of all, unlike n*rmies who care only for their tribe and psychopaths who throw all this to the wind and set out to hurt others.

Autists are God's little angels and the world would be better if they were more pro-active. Imagine legions of these incredibly principled intelligent people willing to throw the moneychangers out of the temple.
>>
>>18045370
It is not over
>>
>>18045121
No. If you love God while suffering autism your love will mean more to God than the love of s healthy man. And your reward will be much greater.
>>
Neurological differences are not moral judgments from God.
>>
>>18045597
>And your reward will be much greater.
Does that mean that Gols will punish them less harshly if they go to Hell because of their condition? Because autists are more likely to engage in sociopathic behaviour, with the fun stuff that might come from it. Will God have to answer for His interference in their free will by making then autistic?

Things are never as simple as my advice would make them out to be. I don't know all the details, I just give what I can.
For these sorts of threads I kind of work off of the book of Proverbs in the bible. None of its sayings are 1:1 promises, just pieces of advice whose real wisdom comes from how often they can fit into life events, not how often life events exactly match the proverbs.
If you want more than that, Ecclesiastes and Job deal with what happens when you do everything right but things still go wrong, but those books need quite a bit of time and study to deliver their proper value.
To make a quick broad judgment of how I think those can apply here: No focus here on Earth will keep you satisfied forever, autistic or not, so your best shot is to find what lasts and hold onto what truly lasts until the trials are through and you find true peace.
I know someone who has such severe autism that he has been stuck in mind of his childhood and first teenage years for the past 13 years. Even still, as much of a struggle as it is to raise and live with a son who is mentally incapable of carrying on his parents' legacy, that family is still just about the most content family I have ever met. Their household is filled with peace, week by week, year on year, because they have something greater to call to.
That's just about all I have for this today. I hope you do well anon and find peace while you live.

but then that means God is not all good, because a being who is all good wouldn't deliberately create a world with suffering in it

Something a pastor gave me (coincidence?):
>Luke 13:4-5 "Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them: do you think that they were worse offenders than all the others who lived in Jerusalem? No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.”
>>
>>18045121
OP, NO. GOD DOES NOT HATE YOU. HE MADE YOU EXACTLY AS YOU ARE.

Then the LORD said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the LORD?"

DO NOT WORRY ABOUT YOUR SHORTCOMINGS. HIS GRACE IS SUFFICIENT IN YOUR WEAKNESS.

ALSO, THIS OTHER ANON IS COMPLETELY CORRECT. >>18045147. THERE ARE GOOD THINGS ABOUT AUTISM AND DON'T LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE.
>>
>>18046944
only God can define what is good.
