Correct, no one deserves anything. But if I put a cold, steel gun barrel to your head and asked you why you should live you would try to give me a reason as to why you "deserve" to live. You wouldn't reply that you didn't have a reason, because why give up your life for a philosophical truth? And why should I oblige you anyway if that's the case? We create the idea of rights and desert because the alternative is chaos and nihilism. And any man who has experienced chaos long enough understands how vile of a life it is. Choose life, choose peace, choose love. If you can have it, snatch it and enjoy it as long as it lasts.

Deserve is a cope word for powerless people. It is however factually correct that initiating force on a human is treating them inhumanely, because humans are built for using their senses and mind to come to an unparalleled understanding of reality. To then ignore that mind by ignoring consent is akin to cutting the wings off of a bird.
