The origin of the city of Jerusalem
Uru-Shalim is an ancient form of the name of the city of Jerusalem that appears in Egyptian records such as the 19th-century BC Execration Texts and the 14th-century BC Amarna Letters. The name is often interpreted as "Foundation of Shalem" or "City of Shalem", referring to Shalem, a Canaanite deity linked to the sunset or to peace and wholeness.
Etymology of the name
Uru: In Canaanite languages such as Akkadian, it means "city" or "foundation".
Shalim: Derives from the Canaanite god Shalim, which may also be linked to the Semitic word for "peace", "safe", or "complete".
Ancient records
Execration Texts (c. 1900-1800 BC): They record the name as Rushalimum.
Amarna Letters (c. 1350–1330 BC): They mention the city as Ú-ru-ša-limki.
Development of the name
From Uru-Shalim, the name evolved into the Hebrew Yerushalayim, meaning "City of Peace."
This Hebrew form was adopted into other languages, giving rise to variations such as Ierusalém (Greek), Gerusalemme (Italian), and Jerusalem (English).

"Shalim" was the name of a Canaanite god of twilight, and the city that would become Jerusalem was founded as a Canaanite village called Shalim, meaning "Twilight of the Goddesses." This Canaanite root is present in the name "Jerusalem" (Yerushalayim), which combined the Canaanite word for the hill (Zion) with "Shalem," or "(He) casts Peace" in the Aramaic language.
Origins and Evolution of the Name:
Canaanite Antiquity:
Around 1750 BC, the Canaanites built a village in the region that is now Jerusalem, calling it Shalim, referring to the Canaanite god of twilight.
Aramean Influence:
Later, around 550 BC, the city was renamed Jerusalem (Yerushalayim) by the Arameans, which meant "(He) casts Peace."

Dual Meaning:
This evolution reflects the Canaanite root of the name (Shalim) and the later addition of the Aramaic element that associated it with peace, as seen in the expression "Jerusalem" (City of Peace).

Shulmanu is the name of the Mesopotamian god Salamu (or Shulmu or Shalim), after whom Jerusalem is believed to have been originally named.
The terms salamu in Arabic and shalom in Hebrew originate from this god, called Shalim, Salamu, and Shulmanu.
Relationship with Solomon
It is believed that King Solomon's name has a common origin with this god, and that Solomon's Temple was actually the Temple of Shulmanu in Jerusalem.
Origin of the name:
The city of Jerusalem may have been called Bit Šulmáni (or Temple of Shulmanu) before being conquered by the Israelites, according to contemporary sources such as the El-Amarna letters.
The name "Solomon" is seen as a possible derivative of "Shulmanu," a Mesopotamian god found in Akkadian sources as Shelmi, Shulmanu, or Salamu.
Connection to Solomon's Temple:
The theory proposes that the famous Temple of Solomon was actually the temple dedicated to Shulmanu.
The king of Jerusalem, in his El-Amarna letters, would have referred to the "Temple of Shulmanu," where a king of Damascus encouraged his subordinates to gather.
Evidence:
"Solomon" is believed to have been added to the biblical king's name in the Greek Septuagint, the Greek version of the Old Testament.
The root "Salim" (Salem), associated with the god of the same name and the sunset, represents peace (shalom), and is a root found throughout the Near East.

Alexander's campaign is another smoking gun. He went to Tyre, Sidon, Gaza, Egypt, then walked back up the entire Levant before going East, but at no time does he ever mention "the Jews" or "their very special and magical temple".

The silence is so deafening, the Jews even wrote Alexander into the Talmud saying HE DID VISIT and fell on his knees before the Rabbis (of course) and basically just sucked their clipped dicks for a week. It's the most pathetic sort of try hard ret-con in the history of all History. Go read it. You will literally laugh out loud. Further proof the Jews have been running the Copium trade for quite some time now.

Go read it!

The Assyrians, Egyptians and Babylonians talk about the isrealites hundreds of years before Alexander.

You're trying to side step my entirely accurate citation, but it's another FAIL!

I win again!

(an "Israelite" is not "a Jew". Israel was one place and Judea was another. I promise. )

So basically it just translates to City of Peace.

>The theory proposes that the famous Temple of Solomon was actually the temple dedicated to Shulmanu.

Solomon's Temple was built in the image and likeness of the Temple of Melqart-Heracles-Nergal by Hiram from Phoenicia(=Jews). Heracles had many names and was everywhere (Indra in India. Heracles is also Hera's primordial husband, also known as Marduk).

Boaz and Jachin = the Pillars of Hercules (100%). The two pillars are his symbol.

Herodotus:
>In the wish to get the best information that I could on these matters, I made a voyage to Tyre in Phoenicia, hearing there was a temple of Heracles at that place, very highly venerated. I visited the temple, and found it richly adorned with a number of offerings, among which were two pillars, one of pure gold, the other of smaragdos, shining with great brilliance at night. In a conversation which I held with the priests, I inquired how long their temple had been built, and found by their answer that they, too, differed from the Hellenes. They said that the temple was built at the same time that the city was founded, and that the foundation of the city took place 2,300 years ago.

In the Melqart cult, pigs were forbidden, and the priests whirled like dervishes.

The Egyptian plagues are entirely consistent with the character of Nergal-Erra-Erragal. In the Bible, he also often appears at night, and murderous and destroying angels(=Sebbiti/Sebitti) are mentioned, as is Resheph (Apollo).

In Phoenicia, Melqart was identified with a huge number of gods, even Osiris (that is, Dionysus).

I read that Jewish priests allegedly even told pagans that their god (the Jews) was hidden behind many names.

Heracles, also known as Marduk, Baal, has many names; he is the original husband of Hera.

In India, Indra, the leader of the 33 devas living on Mount Meru/Sumeru (it's not for nothing that it sounds similar to Sumer/Sumerian), 33 devas = 33 degrees in Freemasonry.
He is also Ninurta/Ningirsu, whose symbol was the two-headed eagle (32nd degree of Freemasonry)

Baalbek btw, tempke of Bacchus-Liber-Dionysus(Osiris)

Not only was it inspired by Tyre, the Phoenicians bank rolled Solomon's Temple and supplied it will all the cedar timber they would need, which was more valuable than gold, in many ways. We lots of letters from Pharaohs begging for wood from Lebanon too.

The "twin columns" are also used as symbolic "gateway" in the Masonic world, and a very similar idea is used in Japan with ceremonial torii gates, which are meant to mark liminal boundaries between worlds. They'll often be out in the middle of a lake, the ocean, or other seemingly random place, along with temples, as you'd expect.

Baal Bek was also the site of the 2nd largest and most impressive temple the Romans ever built to Jupiter/Zeus. It's famous for it's massive foundation stones and single piece, red granite columns. Interestingly, we don't know who commissioned it, but it was clearly a massive and very expensive project meant to exert Roman authority in the region. Syria at this time was where all the exotic silks and spices were coming from, so the Romans needed make their presence known for all to see.
