He's a break from the stifling academic/grifter content that waffles forever on actual issues until they can find a way to reframe the event to the liking of their financial backers, but he isn't a reliable narrator or even really concerned with alternate history anymore. It's a shame because his early stuff was much more entertaining and had an autistic charm to it, just a homegrown autist from the paradox plantation talking about what if situations with an open mind. Compare him to slop channels like AlternateHistoryHub and you see why he was successful for a time, he didn't have to interplay a "what if the Germans won WW2" video with some narrative about how burger nukes would save the world from chuds. It was nice while it lasted.
