At the 9/11 museum in nyc the flight 93 area is really upsetting, since they have a video that plays all the recorded messages from people calling their families after realizing the plane has been hijacked. Since the flight was delayed they had learned about the attacks. So they knew what the hijackers said, that they would not be harmed if they complied, was a lie. Lots of sorrowful messages like "I...don't really know what's happening right now but just your mother loves you very much and I hope I'll see you soon."
