It's far too fucked up to tell, man. The second image vaguely resembles the design of republic/early empire roman coinage, but it's too damaged to read it or tell what it is depicting. Possibly a dolphin (associated with Neptune) but many coins bore some form of dolphin.

Since it's black, it could be either bronze or silver.

Even if it's real it's worth nothing in this state.
