This was a major reason why Barbarossa had such urgency to be launched in 1941 and not later despite not being fully prepared.Hitler would likely have wanted to balkanize the state into smaller states, similar to Brest-Litovsk. These states would effectively become German "overseas" colonies between Germany and her E.Europe allies and satellites, governed by a German landowner aristocracy with the locals becoming serfs, working to support the German nation with production and raw material, especially the Ukraine region.So what happens to Poland now being within the German sphere and geopolitical partners?Poland would obviously have a junior role in this German dominated continental hegemony. Hitler would likely have pressed Poland to trade the remaining corridor and much of pre-Imperial German land in the west, in exchange for large tracts of land for Poland in the east.
