What would have happened if Poland fully accepted all of Hitlers demands unconditionally?

Would they still have been genocided or would they even have joined the Axis?

Living space.

They would have been genocided within days, not years.
Blink and the Pole is gone

So Ribbentrop approached Beck in late 1939 about a final settlement on the Danzig issue (it had been a long-standing issue with Germany) and for Poland to join the Anti-Comintern pact.
Later through the negotiations, Germany made increasing demands such as German nationalized infrastructure cutting through the corridor and a plebiscite on the corridor based on 1919 census. When Germany later defeated Poland they largely annexed what had previously been a part of Imperial Germany which included Poznan and Lodz etc.
Later throughout winter and early spring of 1940, Hitler proposed peace with the west under the offer that he would restore an independent polish state, albeit much smaller.

So with this premise, let's speculate;
Had Poland accepted the late 1938 negotiations and thus joined the anti-comintern pact, becoming a junior partner to German ambituins, it's unsure how Hitlers vision for Lebensraum would have played out. Hitler would have wanted to confront the USSR sooner rather than later to stop its industrialization and modernization because otherwise the USSR will be too strong. This was a major reason why Barbarossa had such urgency to be launched in 1941 and not later despite not being fully prepared.

Hitler would likely have wanted to balkanize the state into smaller states, similar to Brest-Litovsk. These states would effectively become German "overseas" colonies between Germany and her E.Europe allies and satellites, governed by a German landowner aristocracy with the locals becoming serfs, working to support the German nation with production and raw material, especially the Ukraine region.

So what happens to Poland now being within the German sphere and geopolitical partners?
Poland would obviously have a junior role in this German dominated continental hegemony. Hitler would likely have pressed Poland to trade the remaining corridor and much of pre-Imperial German land in the west, in exchange for large tracts of land for Poland in the east.

Germans today live as kings in Slavic lands while Slavs work as indentured servants to their Germanic masters in Stockholm, Berlin, and London.
