Anything that has a brim and nape/back of neck protection honestly. Everything else looks fucking gay. Legionnaire helmets and the Stahlhelm are the two obvious examples but the saxon helmet goes pretty hard.

Anything Lamellar from any culture that used them. They're always so flashy and colourful vs. Chainmail or plate.

Nothing beats the segmentata, but i'm also a fan of the late XII-early XIII century Byzantine armor system

For me it's late 16th century cuirassiers armor. A high degree of protection coupled with superp metalworking.

I mean... the plate armor for officers and nobles (same thing in a martial context) were colorful as well.
Also what is the term and function of those broad belts worn around the hips in your example? I've seen similar items on chinese and korean soliders as well.
