How can I experience this nowadays?
>>
>>18131839
By finding local opera or classical concerts and attending them?

You can't. The Tuileries Palace was destroyed by commies in the 1870s, and there's no currently extant dining room of that scale in that architectural style. The closest you could get would be to become ambassador to Austria, since they still use the Hofburg Palace's grand hall for state dinners. Even then, it's a bit smaller.

Considering Trump's ballroom is going to be a large rectangular space with enough room to seat 1,000 dinner guests, done in a baroque/classical style, you could always just wait for that to finish and become a major Republican donor.
