I haven't watched it, but i'll wager that the african-american gentleman in that video likely tries to use their pygmy status to claim that the Twa are the origin of the famous leprechaun myth or something along those lines, while also using some medieval source in which some Irish are referred to as "black" (as in, black-haired) to claim that said leprechauns were African in phenotype, and he supports that claim by showing unrelated medieval statues and paintings of black people or even ones that don't depict africans at all but just so happen to be painted black, like the one in the thumbnail.
