Bros... Will swords ever come back? Not in some gay or cringe way of course. I could honestly see it happening if armor gets so good that a guy with a 3D printer can churn out light composite plates that current armor piercing rounds cannot penetrate. Or weapons become more light/energy based and armor does as well.

Then I'll have a cool fucking sword and you'll see.

if somebody makes armor that is bullet proof, no swords that a person can use will penetrate it, and if somebody did make a sword strong enough, then they would have also made bullets that can pierce said armor
