Neuter is mandatory because they are far more instinct driven than dogs, go into heat more often, and mark/yowl like crazy. There’s no benefit to supporting stray cats OR dogs at all; they are destructive pest animals when allowed to roam unsupervised. Pets belong on your own property/inside. Toxobrains can’t comprehend this simple fact. I question if you sincerely care about your pet if you have it leave for days at a time to roam.
