There are other holes too. In the gospels, it says that Pilate asked the crowd whether they’d execute Barnabas or Jesus, claiming this is a Roman tradition. However, there is no evidence of this “tradition” outside of the Bible. There’s also the fact that realistically they wouldn’t have crucified him, the Pharisees charged him with heresy and in second temple Judaism, heretics were killed by being stoned to death and they wouldn’t have even been allowed to have a tomb, their body would have just been buried in a ditch or unmarked grave.
