Murderers filmed their murders and distributed the footage online, this is well documented, so these can already be considered snuff films. There is also a well documented animal abuse and child abuse film industry, mostly based in Southeast Asia. So there probably is a telegram user out there who is selling films they legitimately killed people for.
The goonercide video pretty much confirmed it and it’s crazy how people have already moved on since it’s the equivalent of Bigfoot footage. But also it’s redundant in the internet age where I can literally just go to /gif/ right now and casually see things that would have given a WW1 vet ptsd.
