It is time to found a Church that unites all Americans. The president should be worshipped as the Leader of the Lord and follow his command towards glory. When the Church of England separated from the evil Catholic Church, it triggered an era of prosperity never seen in any country at that point. Therefore, the United States should create a new Church where the President is the Messenger of the Lord on Earth. All impures should be exterminated to create a new wave of Manifest Destiny and conquer as the Cause is Just.
