Sex outside of marriage ruins your ability to bond with a life long mate. It’s particularly bad for women. Having multiple partners before marriage strongly correlates with the marriage ending in divorce. And yes, having a good marriage filled with love and lifelong companionship is plainly better than a bunch of flings that leave you longing.
One reason masturbation is bad for you is because it distorts your view of sex by frying your dopamine receptors. That not only interferes with your ability to intimate with a real partner who will not be like porn but it leads some down completely disgusting and depraved fetishes.

Just like you could smoke a couple cigarettes every once in a while when you’re drunk and never develop lung cancer. Smoking cigarettes is still bad for you.
