If you want to read 3 and 4 Maccabees and Psalm 151 in Early Modern English (thous and thees), I would suggest the Brenton Septuagint with Apocrypha. However, it doesn’t have 2 Esdras because no extant, complete manuscripts thereof have been found to exist. Also, throughout history, the most common Latin manuscript for 2 Esdras (called 4 Esdras as 2 Esdras in the Vulgate is the Book of Nehemiah) that was copied by the scribes had a whole page missing which was only corrected in published Bibles first with the Revised Version (1885) of the KJV in its edition with the Apocrypha in 1894, and later Bibles followed, including Baronius Press’ parallel Clementine Vulgate-Douay-Rheims Bible where the text is in an appendix to the chapter itself in to preserve the original Douay-Rheims verse numbering, but it says between which verses the text of the appendix is to be inserted.
